Summer Internship Opportunities Available

A new internship program sponsored by the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Pittsburgh and the Office of Stewardship, Outreach and Evangelism of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America is now being offered to Holy Cross students currently enrolled in one of HCHC’s masters degree programs.

Fr. Maximos Ordained to the Diaconate

On Sunday, December 6, 2015, Fr. Maximos (Constas), Senior Research Scholar at Holy Cross, was ordained to the diaconate by His Eminence Archbishop Demetrios of America at the Greek Orthodox Shrine Church of St. Nicholas in Flushing, NY.


HCHC Celebrates St. Romanos the Melodist Byzantine Choir

The Hellenic College Holy Cross community came together to celebrate the newest recording by the St. Romanos the Melodist Choir, Christ is Born, Glorify Him!. Under the direction of Dr. Grammenos Karanos, Assistant Professor of Byzantine Liturgical Music, the choir consists of students who are preparing to become priests, deacons, or lay leaders in the Greek Orthodox Church in the United States and abroad.
