Metropolitan Kallistos of Diokleia to Offer Keynote Address

His Eminence Metropolitan Kallistos (Ware) of Diokleia will offer the keynote address “Divine Compassion and Restoring the Human Icon” for the Divine Compassion Distinguished Lectureship at Hellenic College Holy Cross on Saturday, June 20, 2015, beginning at 8:30 a.m. This event is being presented by Saint Catherine’s Vision (SCV), an international Pan-Orthodox organization of women theologians and other lay servant-leaders addressing contemporary concerns of the Orthodox Church. Following the program the audience will have the opportunity to continue to discuss the topic in a forum. SCV recently announced their new initiative engaging the issue of Divine Compassion and Human Trafficking. Proceeds from this event will support this new initiative.

A brunch will conclude the program at 12:30 p.m. Donation for the brunch is $35.00 per person with additional sponsorship opportunities available. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. The program will begin at 9:30 a.m. and conclude before 1:00 p.m.

This event is co-sponsored by Holy Cross Greek Orthodox School of Theology and the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston. The lecture and brunch will take place at the Maliotis Cultural Center at Hellenic College Holy Cross.
