Peter J. Condakes Cafeteria

 

Most recently an air conditioning system was installed, as well as new cafeteria tables and chairs. New glass entry doors were installed. We opened an egress from dorm to cafeteria. A new meal plan program was implemented. A new kitchenfloor was installed. New equipment was purchased including a steamtable; two fry units, convection oven, two freezers and salad bar. Service contracts were acquired for all new and existing equipment.
