El Greco Lecture

Dr. Nicolas Hadjinicolaou, Professor Emeritus of Art History of the University of Crete and Senior Visiting Scholar at the Onassis Foundation (USA), will present a lecture entitled "The State of El Greco Studies at the Beginning of the Twenty First Century", on Tuesday, April 13, 2010 in the Reading Room of the Archbishop Iakovos Library. Reception at 7pm in the library's foyer followed by the lecture. The lecture is sponsored by the Alexander S. Onassis Public Benefit Foundation (USA) in conjunction with the Greek Studies Program and the Cantonis Chair of Byzantine Studies at Hellenic College.
