Polemanakos Dormitory
Wireless Internet is now available in the dormitory. New smoke and heat detectors are installed.
All dorm rooms and common areas were repainted. The student lounge has been completely renovated, complete with all new furniture and fixtures. A kitchenette was built for the convenience of our students. The entrance walkway railings were replaced. We are in the process of installing roof-mounted exhaust fans for all six bathrooms in the dormitory. New carpeting has been installed throughout the dorm.
The 40+ year-old boiler system failed and has been replaced. State of the art laundry equipment has been installed, along with new vending machines. We have installed new water fountains, bathroom faucets and mirrors, shower stalls, and bathroom floors. Bathroom ceilings and ceramic tiles were repaired.
