Fitness Challenge Week

October 17 @ 7:00 pm - October 21 @ 8:00 pm

During the week of October 17-21, each night from 7-8 PM in the gym we will hold a workout challenge for students to compete in as a study break during midterm exams. Each evening there will be different competitions, and each winner will receive a gift card to Dunkin’ Donuts. The competitions are as follows:

1. Most consecutive push-ups
2. Deadlift: whoever can lift most weight
3. Fastest mile run
4. Most pull-ups
5. Planking: who can hold it the longest
