Presvytera Chrysoula Kourkounti serves as the Career Services Coordinator at HCHC. She graduated from Hellenic College in 1995 and subsequently received a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Expressive Therapy from Cambridge College. She has 16 years of experience as a social worker in the Boston area. For 12 years, she worked for the Italian Home for Children in Jamaica Plain as a clinical art therapist for abused and developmentally challenged children and adults with a history of trauma. For the past four years, Presvytera Chrysoula has served as the first Career Services Coordinator at HCHC, where she has called upon her extensive networking skills and professional relationships to successfully connect students with potential employers.
Ever since her youth, Presvytera Chrysoula has been involved in programming and fundraising for youth, adults, and senior citizens through our Orthodox Church at the local, national, and international level. Her strongest motivation in life is to serve and engage with those outside the mainstream of society, always with an open mind and heart.
